How fast can you reach my location in Hyderabad?+
Within 30–60 minutes for most areas of Hyderabad, Secunderabad and Cyberabad. For outer areas like Shamshabad, Kompally or ECIL, it may take 60–90 minutes depending on traffic.
Do you charge extra at night or on holidays?+
No. Our pricing is the same 24×7, including Sundays, weekends, festivals and public holidays. We do not believe in surge pricing during emergencies.
What is included in the freezer box rental?+
A hygienic, sanitised 4-side glass mortuary freezer box, home delivery, setup by trained staff, demonstration of safe operation, and pickup after the ceremony. It runs on standard 220V household power.
Do you arrange the cremation ground or burial ground?+
Yes. We help coordinate with the nearest cremation ground (Hindu) or burial ground (Muslim / Christian) based on the family's tradition and locality.
Can you help with the death certificate and paperwork?+
Yes. We guide families through the steps to obtain a medical certificate, municipal death certificate and any NOC required for transport — including embalming if the body needs to travel long distance.
Do you transport bodies outside Hyderabad?+
Yes. We arrange freezer-equipped vans, AC ambulances and air-cargo coordination for transport from Hyderabad to anywhere in India.
What religions do you serve?+
All faiths — Hindu, Muslim, Christian, Sikh, Buddhist, Jain. We arrange the appropriate priest (pandit, qazi, pastor, granthi) and samagri for each tradition.
Can I rent an oxygen cylinder for home use?+
Yes. Medical-grade O₂ cylinders are delivered to your home with regulator, flow meter, humidifier and mask / cannula. Available on hourly, daily and weekly rental.
How do I pay?+
We accept cash, UPI (Google Pay / PhonePe / Paytm), bank transfer and card. Payment is collected after service so families do not have to worry about it in the moment.
